一. 产品介绍
本机床适用于重型机械、发电设备、造船、冶金、造纸等行业，采用高速钢或硬质合金刀具，对材料为 铸铁、铸钢、锻钢、有色金属等大型轴类零件（或筒型零件）的内外圆柱面、内外锥面、端面、环槽、全长 上车削公制、英制、模数螺纹的加工。HC125 系列机床为外圆粗车机床，适用于高速钢、硬质合金车刀对高温合金及高强度钢锭铸进行外圆、外圆锥面及端面渣皮的粗车加工。
This machine is applicable for machining the internal and external cylindrical surfaces, internal and external conical surface,end surface,circular groove of large axle parts（or cylindrical parts）which the materials are cast iron,cast steel,forged steel and non-ferrous metals with the help of high speed steel or hard alloy cutters,as well as turning the metric and British system and module threads on the overall length which used in heavy-duty machinery, power generation equipment,shipbuilding,metallurgy,papermaking and other industries.The series of HC125 shall be the excircle rough turning lathe which is applicable for rough machining the excircle,external conical surface and slag crust of end surface of high temperature alloy and high-duty cast steel ingot with the help of high speed steel or hard alloy cutters.
